Terms:

Upon approval, terms of payment are net 30 days. We accept payment by check, credit card, or electronically through ACH. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice unless otherwise specified. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Instructions:

We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx Ground, or a common carrier unless otherwise requested.

Return of Materials:

Call customer service (1-877-738-8249) as soon as possible. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A 15% restocking charge is applied to returns on correctly filled orders of non-defective product. Non-defective products may only be returned if they are in new condition with no markings on the packaging. All DNAse/RNAse free, sterile, or sealed products must be unopened. Return transportation must be prepaid.

Claims for Damage in Transit:

Call customer service (1-877-738-8249) as soon as the damage is discovered. You must keep all of the original packaging material until the damage claim is resolved.

Liability:

Our products are intended for use in the laboratory only. Data on products shown on this website is correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge and belief. Under no circumstances will CIC be liable for consequential damages arising from the use of its products. CIC is liable exclusively and restrictively to replacing defective products.

Warranty:

CIC warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will replace or repair defective products at no cost to you. Please call us on our toll free number (1-877-738-8249) if you encounter any problems with our products.

Promotional Pricing:

Offers on our website are limited to the items and prices listed and are not valid with any other discounts or promotional pricing. Where mix and match buy/get offers are available, the free item must be of equal or lesser value. All offers are void where prohibited by institutional policy.
